Last January Elecox signed with Ceetrus Urban Player Spain the award of one of the most ambitious projects of this year: the construction of the Vialia-Vigo Shopping Center designed by the architect Thom Mayne.
The work will last approximately 24 months and Elecox will participate with the realization of Lot 16. Electricity, consisting of the electrification of low and medium voltage and all the lighting of the commercial gallery and underground parking.
It is a Shopping Center within the Vigo-Urzáiz AVE station, which will have an area of approximately 43,000 square meters of commercial and leisure area, and more than 1,600 parking spaces, will combine its use as a train station with other leisure, commercial and recreation.
It will have a large public square elevated at Vía Norte Street and will count, in addition to rail and passenger services, with more than 100 commercial stores and 30 restaurants.
