From this month we began to maintain the La Tagliatella restaurants.
With this new client (together with Five Guys), Elecox begins to open a new maintenance line specialized in restoration, where we want to share all the experience acquired in these 10 years, both in comprehensive and specific maintenance (electricity, air conditioning, PCI) .
The concept of La Tagliatella was born in 2002, backed by the experience of more than two decades of specialization in the traditional cuisine of the Piemonte, Liguria and Emilia Romagna regions.
These restaurants are currently managed by Amrest, a group specialized in catering, which in 2011 acquired the firm.
