At Elecox we have added a new client to our comprehensive maintenance portfolio.
It is the emblematic Tower of Madrid, the tallest building dedicated to housing in Spain. With its 142 meters high and 33 floors, its profile is recognized from anywhere in the city.
From May 1, we will start the integral maintenance service of the building. The maintenance operations to be carried out are divided into the following points: Operational Inspections. Preventive Maintenance. Corrective maintenance. Recommendation reports for equipment improvement and replacement of those with operational deficiencies
We will have in-person staff in the building and service 24 hours 365 days a year.
