The Community of Owners of Torre de Madrid has awarded us the refurbishment of the facade of the emblematic building in Madrid.
The execution period of the works will be 4 months and the works will consist of the revision of 100% of the limestone façade (approximate measurement 18000m2), rebuilding all possible pieces and replacing the non-recoverable ones. Stone facade cleaning by manual means to remove pollution residues and possible existing stains. Revision of all the joints by cleaning them and subsequent grouting with specific mortar for natural stone fillings.
Application of water-repellent treatment in the entire natural limestone enclosure of the exterior facades of the building, protecting the stone from environmental pollution, preventing its erosion and decomposition.
