For a few weeks we have been seeing how COVID-19 became a global pandemic, with the problems that this poses for each of us. From Elecox we trust that with the collaboration of the entire society fighting together we will go forward and more reinforced. This is why we want to share the measures we have taken as a company to guarantee the safety and maintenance of each and every one of our workers’ positions, in addition to being able to continue supporting our clients, such as supermarkets and hypermarkets, where jobs maintenance are important so that they can continue giving service at this time.
Security and health
Our main priority right now is to guarantee the safety and health of our employees, customers and suppliers. For this reason, since the crisis protocol for the COVID-19 emergency was launched, ELECOX has launched a crisis committee that continuously evaluates the situation and adapts the measures within our organization to the recommendations and guidelines from the health authorities.
Consequently, we have implemented different measures in recent days to guarantee the prevention of the spread of the virus, taking extreme measures to protect our technical team that works on site or travels to stores, facilitating that these movements are individual or favoring the Adoption of telework among our office colleagues. Travel and meetings to affected areas have also been canceled, except for those that are essential for the maintenance of the activity. As of today, no Elecox employee has tested positive for COVID-19 infection.

We will continue to be at your disposal for any queries that may arise throughout this process. You can contact us on a regular basis through the phone number or email. During this time we will limit the face-to-face visits and if necessary, the indicated security criteria will be made.
Maintenance Network
Our team of managers will continue to work from home to resolve any incident that may occur, as well as the maintenance technicians who will keep their activity in store. Always taking precautionary measures and following the instructions recommended by the Ministry of Health. It is important to emphasize that the prevention plans have been modified in each of the work centers, these reflect the measures adopted.

Our construction team remains operational as long as government recommendations allow us to continue working. We owe it to the fulfillment of our contract dates and to the collaboration with our clients so that they too can fulfill their commitments. Safety measures have been put in place immediately, such as the daily mandatory disinfection of work tools, the daily disinfection of toilets, locker rooms and dining rooms. Limiting the work to those that allow the safety distance to be kept and monitoring, if possible, compliance with the new guidelines of the health and safety plan.
We would like all the Elecox COVID 19 committee to congratulate all the workers of the company, who at this moment continue in their jobs, they are behaving with a professionalism that makes us proud of them.
