In addition to the development of electrical installations in medium and low voltage, and the installation of special installations (telecommunications, public address, CCTV, fire, security, etc.), in Elecox we take care of all the integral maintenance of its facilities to avoid any possibility unexpected or emergency.
Within maintenance, two parts must be differentiated, on the one hand what we call preventive maintenance, where our staff will be responsible for executing the necessary tests following a rigorous protocol and preparing a detailed report of the state of the installation, offering the most efficient solutions for the resolution of deficiencies.
For this, we have the GMAO (Computer Aided Maintenance Management) system, where the inventories of each store’s facilities are available, thus planning preventive revisions to be carried out according to periodicities agreed with the client.
